Join TOPPS Clear Lake

A member must acknowledge the following three items:

1. The purpose of TOPPS is to promote high performance offshore boating in the Texas Gulf Coast water; to associate persons in high performance offshore boating for their mutual improvements, safety, and fellowship; to promote public awareness of high-performance offshore boating safety and to advance the cause of safe boating in all phases of the sport.
2. To be a member of TOPPS (1) must own a high-performance offshore powerboat no less than 21 feet in length that can maintain a speed at least 50 mph in open bay waters under normal sea conditions, and (2) must have passed a Boating Safety Course approved by the Texas Parks & Wildlife Division. www.boat-ed.com
3. To carry and maintain minimum liability insurance on boat of at least $300,000 and provide a copy of insurance each year upon payment of dues.
